The Cyriously Slick Designs Integrated Cam and Crank Sensor Timing Cover Kit brings modern engine-position sensing to the traditional Small Block Chevy without relying on an exposed external crank trigger or a distributor for timing signals.

The same complete billet system works with carbureted and EFI combinations. Your fuel system does not determine which timing-cover kit you need—the compatible ECU or ignition controller determines how the crank and cam signals are used.

• Carbureted engines: Pair the kit with a compatible ignition controller for modern crank-triggered spark control while retaining your carburetor.
• EFI engines: Pair the kit with a compatible ECU for accurate crank position and cam synchronization.

Small Block Chevy Fitment

This version is designed for traditional Small Block Chevy engines of all displacements using the stock camshaft height.

• Fits traditional Small Block Chevy engine sizes
• Designed for stock camshaft-height blocks
• The correct oil-pan gasket must be supplied for the specific block and oil-pan combination
• The oil-pan gasket is not included with the kit
• Raised-cam applications are not supported by this version

Built to Replace the Distributor

A traditional distributor receives timing information through the camshaft, timing chain and distributor gear. Wear and movement throughout that mechanical system can contribute to inconsistent ignition timing, especially in demanding high-RPM applications.

This system reads engine position directly from dedicated crank and cam components. Both Hall-effect sensors mount rigidly in the billet timing cover, protecting them from heat, debris, vibration and accidental contact.

An included MSD oil pump drive maintains oil-pump operation after the distributor is removed.

• The controller must be configured for the supplied crank and cam signals.
• The engine must use the stock Small Block Chevy camshaft height.
• The correct customer-supplied oil-pan gasket is required.
• Balancer, accessory-drive and timing-component clearances must be confirmed during installation.
• Professional installation is recommended.
